By using Workfolio, you accept these Terms of Service.

1. Service purpose

Workfolio lets you create, manage and publish an online portfolio. Access requires a Google OAuth login and acceptance of these Terms.

2. User account

You are responsible for activities carried out on your account. You may edit your display name in account settings. The account email is provided by Google.

3. Published content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (text, images, files, links, pages and blocks). You grant Workfolio a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting and displaying this content to operate the service.

4. Prohibited use

• Unlawful, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Unauthorised access attempts, technical disruption of the service or circumvention of protections.
• Unauthorised collection of third-party data.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is. Temporary interruptions may occur (maintenance, technical incidents, force majeure).

6. Personal data & GDPR

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and request deletion from Settings – Privacy & GDPR.

7. Account deletion

Upon account deletion, data associated with the account is permanently erased (profile, portfolio, pages, blocks, files, custom domains, contact messages linked to the portfolio).

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The current version is the one published on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In case of dispute, competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
